The live event will take place at Windsor Walk Lecture Theatre, Fetal Medicine Research Institute, King’s College Hospital, London, United Kingdom.

The event will be live broadcasted to the virtual platform to be viewed by our virtual audience.

You will need an internet connected device (laptop, desktop, tablet) with sound. Please note, you will not be able to view the conference using a smart phone and for the optimum experience we recommend using a laptop or desktop.

The conference will be broadcast via a dedicated online platform and the link along with your login details will be sent to you in your confirmation email after completing your registration.

The conference content will remain on the virtual platform for 3 months after the live event.


Due to a relaxed social distancing rule at the venue, we can now accommodate up to 200 delegates for our in-person event.

In the event of having to move the meeting to purely virtual you will of course receive a refund of the difference between a face to face and virtual delegate rates.

If you have registered and paid for a live in person place and wish to cancel, 50% of the fee will be retained to cover the administration. Please email: enquiries@obstetricmedicinecompany-midwives.com to organise a refund.

If you have registered for a virtual place and wish to cancel, please advise us at:
enquiries@obstetricmedicinecompany-midwives.com so we can offer your place to someone on the waiting list.
